Provider News Training and Attestation Required for Special Needs Plan

Complete your 2018 requirements now! Samaritan Health Plans has made it easier to access and complete the annual required trainings for its Special Needs Plan (SNP) Model of Care Program. Simply go to providers.samhealthplans.org/SNPtraining. No login or password required. Time to complete training and attestation is estimated at 30 minutes.

Requirements

The training is designed to help providers learn about and understand the SNP population and their unique needs. Any provider who delivers ongoing, consistent primary care to members of Samaritan Advantage Special Needs Plan is required to complete the training and attestation each year. This requirement applies to both contracted and non-contracted providers.

New providers to Samaritan Health Plans are required to complete the training and attestation within 60 days of joining Samaritan Health Plans.
