Office Ally offers a web-based service where providers can submit claims to participating payers for free. Their online claims entry tool allows providers to create CMS1500, UB04, and ADA claims on their website; or use your existing software to create and submit claims electronically. Providers that choose to use Office Ally can submit electronic claims and receive 835 files from Samaritan Health Plans.
